Billing History
The Billing History section serves as your organisation's permanent archive for all financial transactions. This dashboard provides a transparent look at your past expenditures, allowing administrators to track payment dates, verify transaction statuses, and retrieve official documentation for accounting purposes.
By centralising these records, you can ensure your financial team has immediate access to necessary tax and compliance documents without needing to contact external support.
What's Covered in This Article
This article details how to navigate your financial records and retrieve essential documents.
- Payment History: Monitoring a chronological log of all platform charges.
- Invoice Tracking: Viewing specific details for each individual billing cycle and downloading official invoices and receipts for internal record-keeping.
Payment History and Status
The Billing History table provides a high-level overview of every transaction associated with your account.
- Chronological Log: Transactions are listed by date, allowing you to track your subscription costs over time (e.g., from November 05, 2025, to February 03, 2026).
- Total Amount: Each entry displays the total amount billed for that period, such as A$935.00.
- Status: A dedicated Status column indicates whether each payment has been successfully processed. Possible statuses include:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | The payment was successfully processed. |
| Unpaid | The payment was not completed. This may indicate a failed transaction that requires attention. |
- Search Functionality: Use the "Search by ID" bar to quickly locate a specific transaction using its unique Invoice ID (e.g.,
A86497E8-0010).

Viewing Detailed Invoices
For a detailed breakdown of a specific charge, click the hyperlinked Invoice ID in the Billing History table.
Note: This opens the Stripe-hosted invoice page in a new browser tab. Invoice details and document downloads are managed through Stripe, not within the Nimbu interface.
On the Stripe-hosted page, you can view: The detailed view confirms the Charge amount (including conversions to local currency, if applicable), the specific Payment date, and the Payment method used (e.g., Visa card ending in 4242).

From this same page, you can download:
- Invoice: A formal PDF document including your organisation's billing details and itemised plan costs.
- Receipt: A simplified proof of payment for the transaction.

Both documents can be saved directly to your local device for accounting and compliance purposes.
