Subscription Management

The Subscription dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your organisation's plan, usage metrics, and financial status. This area provides real-time visibility into your resource consumption — such as storage and active user counts, so you can manage your platform's growth with confidence.

By regularly reviewing this section, Administrators can stay informed about upcoming costs and ensure the account remains in good standing to prevent any interruption to service.

Viewing Current Subscription and Status

The top section of the Subscription tab provides an immediate snapshot of your account's current standing.

  • Current Period: You can view the specific date range for your active billing cycle (e.g., February 3, 2026, to March 3, 2026).
  • Status Indicator: Shows the current state of your subscription. Possible statuses include:
Status Meaning
Active Your subscription is current and in good standing.
Trialing Your account is within a trial period. Full access is available, but billing has not yet commenced.
Past Due A payment attempt has failed. Update your payment method to restore the account to good standing.
  • Upcoming Invoice: Displays an estimated total for your next invoice based on your current plan and any additional usage costs (e.g., $935.00).

Real-Time Resource Tracking

The dashboard tracks the primary drivers of your plan's cost to help you monitor usage and manage your budget.

  • Storage: Displays the total volume of data currently hosted on your platform (e.g., 0.39 GB).
  • Active Users: Shows the number of unique learners currently utilizing the system (e.g., 2 users).

Monthly Plan Details

The Monthly Plan section breaks down your costs into fixed and variable categories so you understand exactly what you are paying for.

  • Base Plan:
    • License: The fixed recurring fee for platform access (e.g., $850.00).
    • Included Users: The number of learners included within your base price (e.g., 0–100 users).
  • Additional Costs:
    • Storage Fees: The rate charged for data exceeding base limits (e.g., $1.50/GB).
    • Additional Users: The per-user cost for any learners registered beyond your base plan limit (e.g., $0.50 per user over 100).

Cancelling and Resuming Your Plan

Plan Cancellation: If you need to cancel your subscription, click the Cancel Plan button located in the bottom-right corner of the Monthly Plan section.

Note: Cancelling your plan does not immediately remove access. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Resuming Your Subscription: If you cancel and later decide to continue, you can reactivate your account before the billing period ends.

  • A Resume Plan button will appear in place of the Cancel Plan button once a cancellation has been submitted.
  • Clicking Resume Plan will reinstate your subscription and restore normal billing from your next renewal date.
