RTO Settings Overview

Nimbu has been designed to help RTOs deliver high-quality education and training online with a simple to use LMS designed for RTOs. It streamlines various tasks such as class management, assessing, delivering dynamic learning materials online, unit & course creation, reporting data exports. This article is a quick overview of a few features of the Nimbu LMS designed to allow RTO's and Organisations to configure their account and streamline their course configuration.

In this article, we will cover the following points.

An overview of Nimbu's pre configured RTO Settings for Course Creation.

Inside RTO settings, have the ability to set your default pre training review and pre course material. It especially comes in handy if you often use the same pre training review and pre course material across many of your courses, as these default configurations will automatically be loaded when you first create a course.

Whilst creating a course, you also have the option to change these settings a second time if you need to make the pre training review and pre course material course specific.

When creating a course you also have the option to remove any of the default pre course settings if you don't wish to have any pre course material for a particular course.

Steps to follow for editing the RTO settings.

Step 1 - Sign in to your Nimbu account.

Step 2 - From your dashboard, at the bottom of the left sidebar, click on the settings icon to display a pop-up menu.

Step 3 -  Click on the Setting option from the pop-up menu.

Step 4 - Click on RTO Settings in the left side panel. It will take you to the settings page.

Step 5 - On the setting page, type your RTO/Organisation name and number in the designated area.  

Step 6 - If you want to enable the default pre training review or pre course material feature, simply click the toggle buttons next to them.

Step 7 - Click the Save button in the top right corner of the page to save the changes you made to RTO settings.
